I’ve always loved Thanksgiving even as a child sitting around my grandparent’s dining room table watching everyone laugh and enjoy all the delicious food my grandmother had lovingly prepared.
As I watched my grandfather carve the Thanksgiving turkey, I would anxiously sit there waiting to eat as I looked at the Thanksgiving feast in front of me. And a feast it was! There was always mashed potatoes and gravy, sweet potatoes, squash, salads, macaroni and cheese, homemade rolls, cranberries, and my very favorite…stuffing.
