A few years ago, I shared my family’s favorite Christmas cookie recipes, as baking cookies is one of our must-do Christmas traditions. There really is something magical about being in the kitchen with Christmas music playing in the background, snow falling outside, and the smell of freshly baked cookies in the air.
For just a bit, I can forget about the hustle and bustle of the holiday season with the shopping, wrapping, and cleaning. And, instead, remember what the season is really about- slowing down and making memories with my family.
