Homemade Cinnamon Applesauce

Ingredients
  

  • 6 large McIntosh apples peeled, cored, and chopped
  • 1 cup water
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¾ tsp cinnamon adjust to your liking

Instructions
 

  • In a large saucepan, combine your apples, water, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  • Cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes or until your apples are soft, stirring occasionally.
  • Once the apples have softened, use a potato masher to get them to the consistency you like.
  • Let cool before serving and enjoy!
