Although I’m sure I’ve mentioned this before, Thanksgiving is one of my very favorite holidays. It’s not only the start of the holiday season, but it’s a time to gather with the people you love and share good food, memories, and laughter.
Growing up, we would always head to my grandparents for a big Thanksgiving Day feast. The table would be filled with all the classics, from juicy roast turkey to homemade stuffing, garlic mashed potatoes, my grandmother’s famous macaroni and cheese, and of course, all the delicious pies.
But, despite all those amazing memories, I realize just how chaotic cooking a huge feast for so many people can be.
