How to Make Cherry Tomato Pasta

Variations:
- Add some protein, such as grilled chicken, shredded rotisserie chicken, or Italian sausage.

- Try adding some spinach, mushrooms, zucchini, fresh garlic, onions, or peppers.
- Sprinkle some crushed red pepper flakes for a spicier pasta dish.
Helpful Tips:
- This recipe serves 2-3 people; however, you can double it to serve a family of four.
- Save some pasta water if you want your sauce to be thinner, as this recipe makes a thicker sauce.
- Since angel hair pasta cooks quickly, drain it as soon as it’s done to avoid it becoming mushy.
- Adjust the seasonings as needed.
- Add the parmesan after you have removed it from the heat so that it will melt without clumping.
- To speed up the cooking time, you can cut your cherry tomatoes in half.
Storage and Leftovers:
