My family is obsessed with buffalo chicken dip and make it as often as we can for movie nights, game day parties, or holiday celebrations. It’s a our go-to party dip for really any occasion and we have enjoyed it baked, in the slow cooker and recently on the stove top for the first time.
It was actually while cooking it on the stove top that inspired this recipe. I’ve tried many buffalo chicken pasta recipes over the years and they have either been too dry or were missing that creamy, buffalo chicken taste that we love.
So, I thought combining our favorite buffalo chicken dip with penne pasta on the stovetop and then finishing it off with more cheese, then bake it until hot and bubbly would make the perfect quick and easy dinner that my whole family would enjoy. And, I was right, because they still haven’t stopped talking about it and I have some picky eaters in my home, which is why I decided to share this easy recipe with you.
