Over the last few months I have shared some of our favorite shortcut meals, like easy chicken parmesan bake and meatball stroganoff with buttered garlic noodles. So, I thought I would continue with this series and share another super quick recipe that’s perfect to feed the family on busy weeknights.
This Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo recipe takes only 20 minutes for a fast dinner idea your whole family will enjoy. Made with rotisserie chicken, jarred alfredo sauce, fettuccine pasta, and parmesan cheese, it’s a simple and comforting dinner that even your picky eater will want to eat.

Ingredients for This Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo
Try this easy chicken fettuccine alfredo for a quick weeknight dinner idea for the family. Made with chunks of tender rotisserie chicken, fettuccine, and creamy alfredo sauce for a simple meal that can be on the table in just 20 minutes.
You will need:
- fettuccine pasta
- rotisserie chicken (shredded or chopped)
- alfredo sauce
- milk
- grated parmesan cheese
- garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- butter

How to Make This Easy Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook your fettuccine according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Meanwhile, in a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat, then add the Alfredo sauce, milk, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until smooth and warmed through.
- Add the rotisserie chicken, let it warm for a couple of minutes before adding your cooked fettuccini.
- Toss until the pasta is completely coated in the sauce. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and more Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
Variations:
- Add some veggies like broccoli, mushrooms, spinach, or peas. You can also add in some bacon or swap out the chicken for shrimp.
