This easy pizza monkey bread combines everything you love about pizza but in soft pull-apart bites, making it the perfect party appetizer that’s always a crowd pleaser!
You will need:
- refrigerated biscuits
- pepperoni
- mozzarella cheese
- parmesan cheese
- butter (melted)
- olive oil
- garlic powder
- Italian seasonings
- pizza sauce (for dipping)
How to Make Pizza Monkey Bread
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and generously grease a Bundt pan with softened butter, making sure to get into all the grooves.
- Separate the biscuits and cut into quarters.
- Combine the melted butter, olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and parmesan cheese. In a large bowl, toss the biscuits in this mixture until everything is coated.
- Stir in the pepperoni and mozzarella cheese.
- Add everything to the Bundt pan and bake for 30-35 minutes. Let it cool for 5 minutes and then run a knife around the outside edge and flip onto a serving platter.
- Serve with heated pizza sauce for dipping.
Helpful Tips
- Make sure to grease your Bundt pan really well or the cheese and bread can stick to the sides and be hard to get out of the pan while keeping it’s shape.
- Cut the biscuits into small bite-sized pieces so that the cheese, seasoning, and pepperoni is evenly distributed throughout the bread.
- Mix everything well so you can taste the butter, seasonings, cheese, and pepperoni in every bite.
Variations
- Make supreme pizza monkey bread by adding cooked sausage, diced bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms.
- Add more meat like bacon, ham, chicken, or cooked sausage.
- Try a buffalo chicken version by replacing the pepperoni with shredded rotisserie chicken and adding some buffalo sauce, then dipping in ranch or blue cheese dressing.
- If you love Hawaiian pizza, try adding in some diced ham and pineapple to your monkey bread.
Storage
- Store any leftovers in refrigerator in airtight container for up to 4 days. Reheat in microwave or oven.
