Ingredients for Shortcut Rotisserie Chicken Alfredo Bake
This rotisserie chicken alfredo pasta bake is perfect for a busy weeknight dinner as it uses simple ingredients and takes minimal prep time. It’s the perfect no-fuss dinner idea for busy families.
You will need:
- penne pasta
- shredded rotisserie chicken
- alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- mozzarella cheese
- parmesan cheese
- garlic powder
- salt and pepper

How to Make Rotisserie Chicken Alfredo Bake
- Preheat your oven to 350°F, then lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- Cook the penne pasta according to the directions on the box, then drain.
- While the pasta is cooking, shred your rotisserie chicken and mix it with the alfredo sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Once the pasta is cooked, stir it into the chicken and alfredo sauce mixture and pour it into a baking dish.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella and parmesan over the top, then bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
