New Year’s Eve has always been my family’s favorite night of the entire year. We play board games, watch movies, and enjoy a variety of delicious party snacks as we count down to midnight. When our boys were small, we kept it pretty simple with chips, dip, and a snack board filled with pepperoni, cheese, and crackers.
But, as they have gotten older, we have expanded our New Year’s Eve menu to include fun finger foods like chicken wings, pigs in a blanket, sliders, and pizza rolls. Of course, we can’t forget about all the sweet treats and cookies from our holiday baking.
Although, we may have our go-to sweet and savory party snacks for New Year’s, I’m always looking for new recipes to make the night more memorable for everyone. So, I thought I would share some easy kid-friendly party snack recipes with you in case you are planning to celebrate on New Year’s Eve at home with the family.
Create a fun tradition with the family by welcoming in the New Year with these kid-friendly party snacks. You will find cold and hot dips, as well as warm appetizers like pizza sliders, bite-sized appetizers like pinwheels and mini cheese balls, and sweet snacks your kids will love.
