The other day, while taking a walk, I noticed some of the trees in our neighborhood were starting to change colors. Before we know it, fall will be here with its chilly nights, pumpkin spice, and cozy dinners.

And there is nothing that says comfort food more than a dish of hearty pasta, which is why I decided to share one of my family’s favorite cozy weeknight dinner recipes- Italian Sausage and Spinach Alfredo.

This easy-to-make recipe combines savory Italian sausage with penne pasta, spinach, and jarred alfredo sauce for a no-fuss dinner idea. Of course, you can always make it with homemade alfredo sauce, but this recipe is for nights when you need something super quick after a busy day.
