Now that spring is upon us, Easter will be here before we know it. So, it is time to start thinking about what Easter treats, side dishes, and desserts to add to your holiday menu.
In my family, we’ve always enjoyed our big Easter dinner the night before and then celebrated Easter day with lunch after egg hunting and opening easter baskets. However, last year we decided to change things up a bit and have an Easter brunch.
I’m so happy that we did. It was so much fun and the perfect way to celebrate the holiday as I didn’t have to spend the whole day in the kitchen and I was able to spend more time with family.
And, because I enjoyed our Easter morning brunch so much last year, I decided to look for some sweet and savory brunch options to add to my Easter menu this year. (and of course, share with you!)
The best part of these simple recipes is that many are make-ahead options so you can prepare them the night before and they will be ready on Easter morning for you to enjoy.
