Eating a well-balanced breakfast is so important for keeping your energy up so you are more productive throughout your day. I know that when I used to skip breakfast, I would be so tired and cranky all morning. Plus, I would end up overeating at my other meals and making unhealthy food choices.

It wasn’t until I finally made an effort to eat breakfast every morning that I started seeing positive results in not just my health but my overall well-being. Although weekday mornings can be really busy, I still make breakfast a priority even if it’s just a quick grab-and-go breakfast.

Usually, my go-to breakfasts are either oatmeal with blueberries, overnight oats, or avocado toast with eggs. Egg breakfasts are perfect because they keep me full longer and energized all morning so I can get more done.

  • Lastly, they are so versatile as there are so many different ways to prepare them. Whether you love scrambled eggs, fried eggs, or egg casseroles, they are so delicious and satisfying.
