How to Make This Sheet Pan Kielbasa With Potatoes & Green Beans

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Combine the kielbasa, potatoes, and frozen green beans in a large bowl. Then, add the olive oil, garlic powder, smash seasoning, salt & pepper. Toss everything to coat.
  3. Spread on a large sheet pan in a single layer so it cooks more evenly.
  4. Bake for 40-45 minutes, stirring once or twice while baking. It will be done when the potatoes are fork-tender.

Note: You can microwave the potatoes for 4-5 minutes before adding them to the bowl with the green beans and kielbasa to give them a head start so they cook quicker.

Variations:

  • You can switch out the kielbasa for smoked sausage, turkey kielbasa, chicken sausage, or even grilled chicken.
  • Swap out the green beans for zucchini, broccoli, onions, or bell peppers.
  • Although we love the red potatoes, you can use any potatoes you would like as long as they are cut the same size so they will cook evenly. You can also use frozen potatoes if you would prefer to save time.
  • Instead of using the smash seasoning, you can use your favorite seasoning or try adding some red pepper flakes or hot sauce if you want a little spice.

Helpful Tips:

  • Make sure to cut the potatoes the same size and into smaller pieces so they don’t take as long to cook.
  • Use high heat (425°F) so the kielbasa and veggies get nice and crispy.
  • Try not to overcrowd the baking sheet so everything cooks evenly.
  • Stir once or twice during cooking to get even browning.
  • To shorten the time of the potatoes, you can always microwave them for 4-5 minutes beforehand.

Storage:

  • Store your leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
