There is nothing better than a quick and hearty breakfast made on your Blackstone griddle. It’s actually one of my very favorite things to cook on our outdoor griddle as I can cook everything all at once and cleanup is a breeze. But, honestly before the Blackstone I would avoid cooking a big breakfast unless it was a make-ahead breakfast like a breakfast casserole or quiche, as trying to juggle many dishes (and keeping them warm) wasn’t very fun.
Now, I will take any excuse to cook on the Blackstone. My family thinks I’m a little obsessed but they are definitely not complaining about all the delicious Blackstone recipes we have been trying lately. So, if you have just purchased a new Blackstone griddle, enjoying it as much as I am, and looking for easy recipes to make then you will love these best Blackstone breakfast recipes. Enjoy!

17 Best Blackstone Breakfast Recipes
Start your morning off right with these easy Blackstone griddle breakfast recipes. You will find savory classics like loaded scrambled eggs, cheesy potatoes, and crowd-pleasing breakfast sandwiches. Along with sweet breakfast options like fluffy pancakes and French toast. The Blackstone makes it simple to cook everything in just one place for a quick breakfast perfect for busy mornings.

Classic Breakfast on Blackstone
When we got our Blackstone griddle last summer, one of the very first things I decided to cook on it was a traditional big breakfast. Start out by preheating your Blackstone griddle to medium heat and lightly oil the surface with avocado oil. Add your slices of bacon and cook until crispy. Move to a cooler area of griddle or remove from heat. Scramble your eggs in a dish with a splash of milk, sprinkle of cheddar cheese (optional) and some salt and pepper. Then, cook on one side of the griddle and add your slices of bread to the other side. Toast until golden brown, butter and serve.

Blackstone French Toast
French toast always comes out perfectly on our Blackstone griddle. It’s always crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Plus we can make a huge batch which is perfect for feeding the family. You will love our Blackstone French Toast Recipe as it’s perfect to make on busy mornings this summer.

Blackstone Cheesy Bacon & Sausage Breakfast Scramble
There is nothing easier than scrambled eggs on the Blackstone because they cook up so quickly. To make this Blackstone loaded breakfast scramble, preheat your Blackstone to medium heat and oil the surface. Cook your bacon and sausage first until crisp and brown. Remove from heat to cool a little, then crumble the bacon and cut the sausage into pieces.
Scramble your eggs in a bowl with a splash of milk, salt, and pepper. Then, pour on your Blackstone griddle cook until fluffy. Add the bacon and sausage back in and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Cover with a dome lid until cheese is melted and serve with toast and some fruit for an easy and delicious weekday breakfast option.

Blackstone Breakfast Burritos
Turn your cheesy bacon and sausage scrambled eggs into a hearty breakfast burrito simply by adding the loaded scrambled eggs from the recipe above to large flour tortillas. Roll the tortillas tightly, making sure to fold in both ends before you roll. Then place on the Blackstone seam side down and cook for a minute per side (they will brown quickly). Then serve with salsa and enjoy!

Blackstone Pancakes
While eggs may be one of the easiest things to make on the Blackstone, pancakes come in a close second. Especially since you can make so many at once and customize them to your liking. Do you have family members that love chocolate chip pancakes and others who like blueberry? Add your favorite pancake mix (homemade or boxed) to your Blackstone griddle, then sprinkle your chocolate chips or blueberries on top. Wait for the bubbles to form and the edges to start setting, and then flip. Cook until golden brown.
Blackstone Cheesy Potatoes
These Blackstone cheesy potatoes can be enjoyed for breakfast or dinner. If you are planning to add them to your breakfast menu, they would be the perfect side dish for your eggs, bacon, or sausage.

Blackstone Egg Sandwich
My son loves making breakfast sandwiches and trying out different cheeses, meat, and bread. These Blackstone egg sandwiches are super simple to make. Butter your English muffins and place buttered side down on the Blackstone and cook for a couple minutes or until golden brown.
Meanwhile, add your eggs to the griddle along with a couple slices of ham. Cook just as you would in a skillet. Once the egg is cooked, place your bottom English muffin back on the griddle, add a slice of cheese, the ham, and the egg and the top muffin slice. Cover with a dome lid until cheese slice has started to melt. (quick tip-to get your cheese to melt faster, add a tiny splash of water beside the breakfast sandwich before covering to create steam.)
