If you’ve read any of my holiday posts, you know how much we love making cookies and treats during the Christmas season. We even devote an entire day to making cookies which we call “cookie day”. It’s one of my very favorite Christmas traditions.
A few years ago, while looking for a new holiday cookie to make, I stumbled upon a recipe for chocolate crinkle cookies. Since I’m always on the lookout for quick and easy recipes, I quickly became interested in a cookie recipe that used a cake mix as its main ingredient.
