The last thing you want to think about after a busy day is what to make for dinner. Standing in front of the fridge trying to figure out what to cook can be very overwhelming especially when you are constantly getting the question…”What’s for dinner, Mom?”
Over the years, using a meal plan, theme night dinners and a list of family favorite meals have made planning dinner every week so much easier. But, despite all of this preparation and planning, there are still some weeks that I have no idea what to make.
So, I find myself searching Pinterest and looking over my old posts for inspiration. A couple of years ago, I even decided to share 85 Budget-Friendly Meal Ideas. However, this week when I sat down to make my grocery list and monthly meal plan. I realized that what I actually needed was a master list of quick and easy dinner ideas.
I wanted the dinner recipes to not only be kid-friendly (we have picky eaters), but also contain simple ingredients that I could probably find in the pantry or fridge. So, I finally sat down after years of wanting to make this list and compiled over 200 dinner ideas that are not only perfect for busy weeknights at home but also Sunday dinners.
